I'm Sofia, 20, portuguese, and this is the second part of the adventure I started in January 2011 - going from over 190 lbs to healthy and fit.

Found out that if you wear contacts it keeps the whatever/liquid/steam/chemicals out of your eyes, therefore you won&#8217;t cry (at least not 90% of the time). Turned out not to be such a great discovery after my boyfriend realized it too - now I&#8217;m always the one cutting the onions.
